What is the difference between SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel wire rope?

SUS316 adds molybdenum (~2%), giving significantly better resistance to chlorides and salt spray, and is preferred for marine, coastal, chemical, and food-processing applications. Which wire rope construction should I choose?

Rigid constructions (1×7, 1×19, 1×12) are used where low stretch and a clean profile matter — balustrades, tensioning, architectural runs. Flexible constructions (7×7, 7×19) are for dynamic use — control cables, pulleys, marine rigging. Special constructions (8×7+1×19, 19×7) provide higher break loads or rotation resistance for hoisting. Coated ropes add PA or PVC protection over a stainless core. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ depends on diameter, construction, coating, and packaging. For standard stock constructions (SUS304, common diameters), small trial orders are usually possible. What are your typical lead times?

Stock items typically ship within 1–2 weeks. Custom-run production (specific diameter, construction, coating, or spool size) is normally 3–5 weeks from order confirmation, depending on quantity and finish. Sea freight transit time is additional. We confirm exact lead time with each quotation.

Do you supply worldwide? Which Incoterms do you use?

Yes. FINE CABLE exports globally from our Korea and Vietnam factories. We commonly work on FOB, CIF, and EXW terms, with FOB Ho Chi Minh City or FOB Busan being the most typical. Other Incoterms (DAP, CFR, etc.) can be arranged on request.

Can I request custom diameters, constructions, or packaging?

Yes — OEM and custom production is a core part of our business. We support custom diameters, coating colors (PA or PVC, transparent or opaque), custom spool and coil sizes, private-label marking, and specific packaging or export marking on request. How is quality controlled during production?

Quality is verified at every stage: raw wire inspection, wire-drawing control, strand geometry checks, closing (tubular) inspection, diameter verification, visual finish check, and tensile / break-load testing per lot. Certificates of conformity and mill test reports are available on request.

Do you offer coated stainless steel wire rope?

Yes. We supply PA (polyamide / nylon) and PVC coated stainless steel wire rope in transparent or colored finishes, over SUS304 or SUS316 cores. Coating protects both the cable and adjacent surfaces, and is commonly used in architectural, safety, decorative, and fitness applications.
